3. Listeners World Map

The Listeners World Map is a real-time feature within the Everest Cast control panel that allows broadcasters to visually see where their audience is located around the globe. 

Accessing the Listeners World MapIn the main navigation menu on the left side, click on the “Home” option.

A sub-menu will appear; select “Listeners World Map”. 

You can easily access this feature from your dashboard: 

Key Features of the Map View

• Geolocation Display: The map uses listener IP addresses to approximate their physical location, placing dots or markers on different cities or regions of the world.
• Real-Time Updates: The map is designed to update automatically every 20 seconds to show changes in your live audience.
• Accuracy Note: Keep in mind that geolocation based on IP addresses may not be 100% accurate and can be affected by listeners using VPNs (Virtual Private Networks).
• Audience Insight: This visual tool helps you understand your station’s global reach and identify key demographic regions where your content is most popular.
